1. Builders Cleans

We have Some of the best Experience within the industry and have a wide variety of clients ranging from Project Homes, Custom Homes , Fitouts and Highrise Apartments.

HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?

  • First we come in off the scaffold stage to clean all Facade elements a builder requires just before the scaffold drops
  • We then Complete our Initial Clean which includes Windows , Wet Areas and a Vacuum of the Floor Space - This is to prepare the Job for Silicone and Defects
  • Final Clean is the third step within this service , this is done after every trade is completely finished including all PC items
  • We then move onto our last clean which is the handover clean , this is just a quick wipe down of all benchtops a mop and a vacuum the day before keys are handed over to the client.

2. Brick Cleaning

Our Brick Cleaning services are a one of a kind Service which is usually completed 1 week after the bricks are laid and is completed by utilizing our one of a kind brick cleaning equipment and trained team with capability of doing all size jobs including Highrise’s.

3. Caulking

This service Ties in perfectly with the Cleaning and Brick Cleaning and we provide caulking services internally and Externally Right after any cleaning relieving builder and Project Manager of work.

  • Internal Caulking post initial and final clean
